Taranee's Power Girl outfit is interesting because this is the original version where she doesn't wear a skirt. However, since the Power Girl was for the WITCH doll line, they had some trouble with doing the shorts for Taranee. So instead, they switched it to a skirt so that it'll be easier for the manufacturing. Taranee doesn't really wear glasses in her third transformation, so I didn't add them. And yes, she does have more tatoos on her shins, but at this angle, you can't see them.
