Both Cornelia Hale and Cromo can control earth-based magic in the Disney Italia comic series called W.I.T.C.H. Cornelia is the Guardian of Earth and her element is not as dark and evil as the Earth Runic. Cromo's name means chrome in Italian and frankly, I find his design and his name too similar to Cornelia.

Strange, you somehow got Cromo's character in this one image. I like it. I never really thought of shipping them (I became a fervent WillxNashter shipper after the soccer issue) but this almost makes me want to ship them as well.. 
It's really cool!
