Irma Lair, the Guardian of Water, from Disney Italia's W.I.T.C.H. comic series in her New Power Guardian outfit. The tambourine is her magical weapons. I wanted to try a new technique of painting with the water. (Sorry, I messed up on her tambourine.)

It's great! I love the new style of the waves. It's softer and a very nice change from cell-shading.

Irma looks cool here. I also like water particles look. How did you manage to get that glowing effect like, say on her wings and on the waves behind her? It looks really good.

Thanks, I'm glad that you like it. As for the glowing effects on her wings and the water symbol on her outfit, I had to put them all on different layers before setting them to gaussian blur. It's the same technique I used for my Winx Club fan arts more or less.

You're welcome. But the intensity of the glow depends on the number setting you typed in. Also, you sometime have to enlarge them a little bit before setting it to blur.
