A fanart of Cleo Sertori from H2O: Just Add Water, an Australian live action series about these girls who can turn into mermaids on contact with water and who can control these amazing magical powers. Cleo has aquakinesis (or hydrokinesis), the ability to move, bend, and shape water. In season two, her new enhanced power is aerokinesis, the power to create and control wind.
